Milo's Story: |
|
They just love me – all of them. Every human I’ve met recently reaches out their arms to me. I’m known for my great hugs and I have one ready and waiting for you, too! They say I’m like a big baby – reaching up with my big paws around your neck and snuggling my face into your neck. I must admit I am a little needy I guess and I definitely do NEED a hug quite often. Humans giggle when they hear the little grunting and chirping sound I make when I hug. I just love it so much that I throw myself into 100%. Oh, and I do drool a bit when I'm cuddling! I can deal with other cats okay but they do annoy me quite a bit. Especially at meal time I wish they weren’t here. I want all the attention and food for myself. In fact, I do need a little dieting but I’m not ready for that yet. I’ll be happy to begin tomorrow or the next day! I first need to feel secure in a permanent home with people to love me and give me hugs. Once I feel safe, wanted, and loved, then I’ll be happy to get onto a brief weight loss program. A few pounds off and I will feel better. I need some good nutrition to improve the quality of my hair a bit. They say that any time I’m ready they’ll take me to a groomer and have a few mats removed but I’m just not ready. My fur is fine for now – although I know I have potential to be a really handsome guy. First those hugs please!! I’ve been a little nervous lately because there are several other cats sharing MY space. I have a very good heart and a quiet environment will bring out my best nature. I’d love to be your only cat and will bond with you for life. I don’t require much – just some good food and, oh, yes, did I mention, I need LOTS of HUGS!!!! Update: Milo has been adopted and will go to his new "parents" in June after they move into their new home. Within a few minutes of meeting them he was walking back and forth between them, sharing his affection. We'll miss him! |
