The most beautiful keychains you will ever see!
Wendy from Island Rain Glass studio is making one of a kind keychains, and all the proceeds go to CCAR!
Wendy's creations are made with Italian glass for the bead, and then transformed into these beautiful sculptures in Wendy's studio in Sidney.
The paw prints on the bead are also made using a smaller glass rod, and the key chain is strung on stainless steel wire.
There are 2 sizes....the smaller ones (approximately 2cm in size),are $20.00. The larger (approx 2.5cm in size) are 25.00.
Amazing price for a beautiful hand made item that will for sure get noticed!
Wendy will continue to make a variety of colors and sizes....you can pick one up at Wendy's studio or from one of the
volunteers involved with selling these amazing items at Cat's Cradle.
Currently, there is such a demand for these keychains, we are now taking a waiting list -
just email Deb at islandrainpaws@gmail.com,
and place your name, and what colour of keychain you want (turquoise, pink, sand, blue, or purple). Once the keychains come in from Wendy,
we will match up the colour preference to the name and contact you.
NOTE: As each keychain is one of a kind, some variations are to be expected with every keychain.

Donations to SuperChance Consignment Store for CCAR
CCAR now has an account set up at Super Chance - a great household consignment shop located in James Bay!
This is a way for our wonderful supporters to raise money for CCAR, and clean out their cupboards at the same time!
They accept seasonal items, so that means no space heaters in the summer, fans in the winter, and holiday items
only near that holidays, etc. To donate any items, please take your items to:

Chocolate Bars

CCAR has more boxes of (made in BC) Purdy’s chocolate bars to sell as a fund raiser.
Milk chocolate or dark chocolate: only $2 per bar. If you want some for yourself, or can sell some
to friends at work or in your neighbourhood, please contact Joan.

Recyclable Containers
On an ongoing basis, we collect recyclables and turn them in for cash. Every little bit helps! If you
have at least a large garbage bagful of recyclables, and don't want to bother going to the bottle depot,
donate your recyclables to us. For a good supply of these, we'll pick up. Contact Us to set up a meeting!
Gifts and Other Items for Sale
- Fleece Cat Beds
We now have lovely soft fleece cat beds for sale for only $12. They're completely washable. Place a few of
these around your home. Cats love them, and will stay off your other furniture ! The cat beds are on sale
at all our events, or phone us to make a MC/Visa card purchase and they will be mailed to you.

- Catnip Mice (Crocheted by Hand)
Buy some of our catnip mice to give your cat loads of fun. We have even had requests for "rats" for dogs
who have taken over their feline's mice! Mice are only $2 each and can be purchased at Anicare Vet Clinic,
Broadmead Village Vet Clinic, Buddie's Natural Pet Foods, Garry Oak Vet Clinic or by Contacting Us.
- Hand Knit Cotton Dishcloths
You will love them for all sorts of jobs around the house. Dr. Elizabeth Wilson of Broadmead Village Vet
